You may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering.

By visiting or using the Platform, the App, or the Devices, or by providing your information or availing any product or service, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and the applicable product/service terms, and agree to be governed by the laws of India, including laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform, App, or Devices.

2. Nouriq Privacy Commitment

Nouriq places the highest importance on user privacy and data protection. To effectively deliver its services, Nouriq collects limited personal information such as account details, app usage metrics, device technical information, and wellness inputs. This information is collected solely for the purposes of operating, improving, personalising, and securing the Nouriq experience.

Personal information is treated as sensitive and confidential. Nouriq does not sell or rent personal or health-related data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers such as logistics partners, payment processors, analytics platforms, and cloud infrastructure providers on a strict need-to-know basis for core operational purposes.

Users retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. While Nouriq implements industry-standard safeguards to protect user data, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge inherent risks when using digital services.

We collect personal data when you use our Platform, App, or Devices, engage with our services, or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. Information collected may include, but is not limited to, personal details such as name, date of birth, postal address, telephone/mobile number, email address, identity or address verification information, and account registration data. Sensitive personal data such as payment instrument information (including bank account or credit/debit card details) or biometric information (including facial or physiological data) may be collected with your explicit consent for optional features.

In addition, we collect technical information from your device and the App, including device identifiers, language settings, operating system details, app usage metrics, performance diagnostics, crash logs, network information, and authentication credentials. We may also collect wellness inputs including nutrients data, consumption patterns, usage insights, and personal preferences to enhance the Nouriq experience.

Where Devices are used, we may collect operational data including sensor readings, consumption event data, fluid intake patterns, device pairing identifiers, battery and firmware status, and connectivity telemetry. We may track behaviour and preferences across the Platform, App, and Devices and analyse such data in aggregated form.

Transaction-related information may be collected from third-party platforms or partners; however, where such third parties collect information directly from you, their respective privacy policies will apply. We do not control or endorse their practices and recommend reviewing their policies. If you receive communications requesting sensitive information such as banking passwords or card PINs purportedly from Nouriq, do not disclose such information and notify law enforcement authorities immediately.

We use personal data to provide, operate, and enhance our services, facilitate transactions and fulfilment, improve user experience, personalise insights, and enable analytics, surveys, and research. We may use wellness-related data collected through the App and Devices to personalise recommendations, notify events, optimise usage outcomes, and support wellness goals.

For marketing communications, users retain the ability to opt out. Declining permissions may restrict access to certain features.

We may share personal data with group companies, affiliates, trusted service providers, and business partners for purposes related to product fulfilment, service enablement, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, payments, logistics, or operational workflow. You may delete your account through the App or by contacting us. Deleting your account will result in loss of all account-associated data. Deletion requests may be deferred in cases involving pending grievances, unresolved disputes, ongoing shipments, or legal/compliance obligations.
